Self Assessment Exercise

The first step to healing is to identify the areas that need your focus. Draw this Circle on your journal with the current date. Place your hands over it after you have filled it out and say "I am open to receive the guidance my spirit wants to give me, I give you permission to balance my life." Put it away and now every day when you wake up in the morning say: "Thank you for giving me abundance and balancing my life...Thank you for...........(fill in the blank)"
Revisit this exercise in 30 days to see your improvements and repeat as needed.

Draw a Circle: On a piece of paper, draw a large circle and divide it into 8 equal sections, like a pie. Label Each Section: In each section, write one of the following areas of your life: Education Spiritual Love Finances Health Hobbies Social Goals/Work Step
2: Rate Each Area Evaluate: Give each area a number from 1 to 10, where 1 means "I am starting to work on this" and 10 means "I am a super master in this area." Write Your Ratings: Write down these numbers next to each area in the circle.
Step 3: Identify and Visualize Identify the Area to Work On: Look at your ratings and identify which area you would like to focus on improving. Close Your Eyes: Close your eyes and imagine that area of your life at a level 10. Picture yourself thriving and feeling fulfilled in this aspect. Step
4: Reflect and Record Journal: Open your journal and write down how it feels to imagine that area of your life at a level 10. Describe your emotions, thoughts, and any specific images or scenarios that come to mind. Plan: Reflect on what steps you can take to start improving this area. Write down a few actionable goals to help you move towards a higher rating. By following these steps, you can gain a clearer understanding of the areas in your life that need attention and begin your healing journey with a focused, intentional approach.
