I created this workbook, Awakening: Getting Your Field Ready, because I know firsthand what it feels like to be lost—trapped in the grips of anxiety and depression, paralyzed by fear of the unknown, and stuck in a cycle of negative self-talk and idealized visions of life. In 2008, I was struggling deeply, unsure of how to find my way out of the darkness. Through years of self-discovery, holistic healing, and inner work, I’ve mastered key elements that have allowed me to experience true happiness, no matter the external circumstances. This first workshop is designed to guide you through the initial two years of my journey—my most transformative period. I want to help you unlock the clarity, self-awareness, and understanding needed to start living the life you’ve always dreamed of. My prayer is that by sharing what I’ve learned, you too can break free from the mental and emotional traps and awaken to your fullest potential, living a life filled with joy and fulfillment.
